Real good overall experience. Extremely convenient and good quality accommodation with amazing setting adjacent to the Kii peninsula and the Links Umeda. Extra care from the very very helpful stuff.

Not so helpful staff!

My stay was very very good here. It was a good standard hotel, nesteled in a minimalist building. I really enjoyed property's favourable location and efficient staff. There were shopping centers and a large shopping mall around the hotel.

The rooms were great-sized, fashionable. The location central to various places to visit via the subway was exceptionally nice.

The bathroom was very small.

Fantastic room, fantastic view, with a perfectly equipped design that offered a great cityscape from the 32nd floor and convenient access being just a three-minute walk from the airport limousine bus stop.

The location was fantastic, right beside umeda station. Breakfast was simple but delicious, and the staff was very accommodating, placing us close to each other even when we had to split our family. Amazing views from higher floors!

Loved the location right next to the train station! My room on the 24th floor was super clean and had awesome city views. The fitness center was a nice perk too. Check-in was seamless and automated. They even had a washer/dryer on the lobby floor, super helpful for light travelers. The staff were really nice!

Conveniently located adjacent to the major train stations, this hotel offers easy access to various dining options, including tasty sandwiches right below the lobby. Automated check-in was easy, though I experienced a minor hiccup that was quickly resolved by attentive staff. The room was clean and adequately equipped for my family's short stay.

The auto check-in machine was confusing and not user-friendly. It clearly stated that express check-in was only for members, frustrating for others. There was no express checkout option available, which could have sped up the entire process. To, disappointing when we wanted to relax. Lastly, the gym area was too small to accommodate everyone wishing to exercise.

The location is stellar, just a short walk to osaka station. The room was clean and spacious for a city hotel. The views from the higher floors were fine.
